Coaching & Counselling

Work one-on-one with either a personalised coach or professional counsellor, sessions are offered online or in-person.

Our Services

Holistic help, that's also affordable

Our support brings together counselling, coaching and courses to help turn the ideas of wellbeing into everyday habits – accessible for all and tailored to the whole person. We recognise that with mental health there's rarely a single, one-off solution; it’s not about quick fixes, but real change that becomes part of who you are. All our services are available at a significantly subsidised cost, no charge or simply by koha (donation).
