Shine Facilitator
Are you passionate about working with young women? Interested in the health and wellbeing space? Looking for casual part-time work?
We facilitate two programmes in High Schools: ShineGirl (Year 9 -11) and ShineWomen (Year 12 and 13). These courses are an hour each and run between 6-8 weeks.
We are looking for motivated, people who are enthusiastic to help make a difference. You will be a good communicator, flexible as days and times differ each term. Available to commit for a year. Reliable with your own transport. Preferably have facilitation experience, however, support and training is provided.

Counsellor (Part time)
Are you passionate about supporting people with their mental health and wellbeing? Do you believe in the power of hope, connection and empathy? We’re looking for a counsellor who cares deeply about people and is committed to making a meaningful difference in the community.
As a counsellor on our team, you will:

Provide 1-to-1 counselling to clients with a range of mental health and wellbeing needs, using a strength-based and solutions-focused approach.

Work collaboratively with our team of counsellor, coaches and facilitators to support people holistically.

Provide a Christian perspective for clients who request it, while ensuring all services remain client-led and inclusive.
You will be someone who brings warmth, professionalism, and a desire to see genuine lasting change.
You will have:

A recognised Tertiary qualification in counselling

Full membership with recognised professional body (eg. NZAC or NZCCA).

At least 6 years relevant counselling experience.
-
A commitment to ethical, client-led practice.
