“Our vision is to empower and restore hope to all who are seeking help with their mental health and wellbeing”
Our Story
We’re here to make hope real, for everyone.
For over eighteen years, we’ve been helping people across Aotearoa New Zealand build resilience and wellbeing, earning a reputation as a known and trusted provider of mental health support. Our approach is grounded in real-world, proven frameworks.
We use resources that have been tested and refined through years of experience, ensuring that the support you receive is both effective and practical for everyday life. As a registered charity, we’re committed to making mental health care affordable and inclusive for all. Our services are personalised, accessible and create genuine lasting change.
Our Values
Our hope is that everyone who engages with us will experience genuine care and acceptance, along with meaningful growth that leads to an overall healthier sense of holistic wellbeing. This is the essence of our Christian environment – our Kaupapa.
