Online Toolkit Courses

Our Online Toolkits are facilitated in person and in real time for those seeking effective tools and tips for improving wellbeing. They consist of four interactive and skill based sessions, run over four weeks, each session is 1.5 hour.
Our Toolkits are offered on a 'pay what you can afford basis'.

Grow empowers you to discover and grow in your resilience. Focussing on recognising what impacts thoughts, emotions and behaviour and applying effective tools to improve overall well-being. These modular courses can be delivered to suit your organisation.

Connect

Connect empowers you to build thriving connections. Focussing on recognising your value and identifying unhealthy and healthy relational dynamics with yourself and others. These modular courses can be delivered to suit your organisation.

In person courses

Wellbeing Toolkit for Students

These courses are aimed at equipping young people with skills, tools and understanding themselves, others, and the world around them.

To provide students with age-appropriate, culturally grounded, and practical mental health toolkits that help young people understand and strengthen their wellbeing across the four pou of Te Whare Tapa Whā; Physical, Mental and Emotional, Social and Spiritual wellbeing.

These courses are delivered once a week for six one-hour sessions.
