About the event

We all face challenging times in our lives, but it’s how we respond to them that can make a difference.


Resilience is being able to bounce back from difficult life events and not let them keep you down. Even with difficult life events, resilience allows us to gather the inner strength to keep going. The good news is that resilience is something that you can build


This course will help you to:


  • Recognise and understand your emotions better so that you can take charge of them instead of them controlling you.

  • Gain practical skills to bounce back from tough situations and move through.

  • Discover how living out of your ‘why’ helps you grow in resilience.

  • Grow in your confidence to make tiny changes that make a big difference in your resilience journey.


Suitable for age 16 years+.
